Dr. Jacqueline Wignall

Veterinarian  

Dr. Jacqui is passionate about providing outstanding animal care while maintaining their best interests at heart. She grew up in the Niagara Region and pursued her undergraduate education at Carleton University before attending the University of Guelph for the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine program. She has settled in North Glengarry and greatly enjoys the area.  You can find her horseback riding, skiing, and enjoying the outdoors when not in the clinic

Veterinarian
Dr. Denise Green graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College, University of Guelph in 1989 and has spent the majority of her career practising small animal medicine and surgery in eastern Ontario. Denise is passionate about her career, particularly her time in surgery. When not busy with veterinary practice, she enjoys riding her horse, hiking and travel but her greatest joy is her two adult children.

Registered Veterinary Technician

Kelsey graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at Algonquin College in 2017 and became registered with the OAVT as a Registered Veterinary Technician in 2018. She is also a Fear Free Certified Professional. Kelsey first started at MVC in 2011 as a High School Volunteer and helped out in her spare time until she was hired on as a staff member in 2016. Kelsey loves to spend her spare time hiking, skating, camping and being outdoors with her husband and daughter. Her life is full with her family, dogs, cats, bunny and chickens.

Customer Relations

Diane grew up in Buckinghamshire, England. She came to Canada in 1996 and lived in Montreal for many years. She enjoyed volunteering her time and achieving her Early Childhood Education qualifications, while raising her four children. In 2008 she moved to the Maxville area and joined the Maxville Veterinary Clinic team in 2011. She enjoys meeting and greeting Clients and their Pets at the front desk. Diane is currently studying for a grief and bereavement course online. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, two dogs, four cats, painting and photography.

Debbie

Animal Care Attendant

Debbie grew up in Nova Scotia, where she graduated from a human combined Laboratory/X-ray course. She worked in a hospital for several years before transitioning to her passion of working with animals. She has worked in Veterinary Clincs in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, British Columbia and Ontario. Debbie was our very first staff member, then left to help run the family farm for several years before returning to the Maxville Veterinary Clinic team. In her free time Debbie enjoys playing fiddle and mandolin in a traditional style group, and competing in agility and obedience with her dogs.

Student of Veterinary Medicine

Mark is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine student at the University of Guelph, and grew up in Casselman. Mark enjoys working with both small and large animals, and is working with our clinic while on school break.

Student Veterinary Technician

Brenna is passionate about animal care and can be found cuddling every patient whether they are here for a nail trim or major surgery! She is currently in school to be an RVT and will be a huge asset to the veterinary field.

Animal Care Attendant
Mariah is transitioning over to animal care after spending time attending humans with special care requirements. She enjoys working with animals immensely, and the new challenges presented in veterinary medicine. When not at work, she enjoys horseback riding and competes in eventing with a young horse she is training.

A healthy pet does more to enrich the lives of everyone around them.
